Soymilk is plant-based milk made from soybeans. It is the best alternative source of milk in a vegan diet and regular diet and has the best medicinal and nutritional values. It is manufactured by cold grinding the water-soaked soybeans with adding water and then cooking the ground mixture at high temperature and pressure and then separating the same from cooked Soybean crush called Okara by filtering.
As per the “American Journal of Clinical Nutrition”, Soy Milk can serve as a sole protein source in all human beings except premature infants. The protein in soy milk is the most balanced protein for human consumption.
